HDI PCB with edge plated for Semiconductor
This is a 4 layer circuit board for IC test. HDI boards, one of the fastest growing technologies in PCBs, are now available at Pandawill. HDI Boards contain blind and/or buried vias and often contain microvias of .006 or less in diameter. They have a higher circuitry density than traditional circuit boards.
There are 6 different types of HDI boards, through vias from surface to surface, with buried vias and through vias, two or more HDI layer with through vias, passive substrate with no electrical connection, coreless construction using layer pairs and alternate constructions of coreless constructions using layer pairs.

This is a 2 layer flexible PCB used for telecom 4G moudule. Pandawill manufacture single layer and double-sided and Multilayer up to 10 layers flexible circuits. The standard surface finish is HASL lead free and ENIG. Depending on the requirements, quantity and layout, contours are preferably cut by laser, but mechanical milling is also possible.

UL certified ShengYi S1141 FR-4 tg130, 1.0mm board thickness, 1 OZ(35um) copper thickness, Immersion gold finish, green solder mask and white silk screen. As it is a small board, the PCB delivered by panel 20*3=60 PCS per panel. The outline profile use stamp hole and CNC rounting. All the production complay with RoHS requirement.
